BONE MINERAL DENSITY CAMPS (BMD):  free BMD camps are conducted for  people above 40 yrs of age BMD scanning is a scanning test for  detection of osteopeniq  & osteoporosis.  Osteoporosis is a disease of the bones wherein the bones become hollow brittle & break at with a  trivial cause.  It  is a silent killer, an epidemic which  is increasing fast, with the increase in the  number of senior citizens.

BMD camps are usually held  once in two months.  The results are analyzed  & proper advice regarding dies, exercise, medication etc. is given.
